**Cancellation Policy**
You can make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

**Damaged Items**
We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives with a defect or is physically broken, it qualifies as damaged. Damaged packaging such as dented boxes with a product in good condition is not considered damage.

If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.
**Shipping and Delivery**
While we work hard to deliver your order quickly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to factors outside of our control, such as courier issues or customs delays. If you encounter delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. Forever Fauna is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
**Incorrect Shipping Address**
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, and we are not notified within 24 hours, we will not be able to resend or refund the order.
